Role Objectives:


The Production Engineer is responsible for coordinating daily production activities on the floor, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee production process and ensure efficiency and quality based on company standards


  • Identify damages and investigate all production problems  


  • Monitor production lines for any damages, technical issues, or deviations, and escalate complex problems to Production Lead


  • Conduct basic quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and report findings


  • Ensure the implementation of production schedules and plans


  • Follow and support implementation of safety, health, and environmental guidelines on the production floor.


  • Assist in organizing plant start-up and shut-down activities under supervision to minimize production loss.


  • Perform quality checks to make sure quality standards are followed


  • Maintain production records, logs, and reports for performance monitoring and review by senior staff.REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS


  •  3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, with leadership responsibilities.


  • Strong knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards.


  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.


  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other relevant software.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
