About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer with experience in events and campaigns execution to oversee production processes from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to translate creative designs into high-quality physical builds while ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage and supervise the production and execution of event and campaign materials.
•Coordinate with design, creative, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of concepts.
•Prepare and review technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
•Supervise fabrication, installation, and dismantling processes on-site.
•Ensure materials, timelines, and budgets are aligned with project requirements.
•Conduct site visits and oversee on-ground execution to maintain quality standards.
•Liaise with suppliers, workshops, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
•Ensure compliance with safety standards and production best practices.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, or related field).
•2–5 years of experience in production engineering within events, exhibitions, or campaign execution.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
•Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and on-site installation processes.
•Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability.
