Project Manager



Egypt Project Management / Full-time / Remote We're on the lookout for a highly organised Project Manager to join our diverse and talented team to drive the success in how we deliver for our client.
Attention to detail is paramount, you sweat the small stuff so that we deliver what we said we’d deliver on quality, schedule, and budget for clients while supporting our commercial goals.
You're proactive, anticipating client needs and project risks before they arise and are always ready with a solution. You're clear and concise with your communication and adept at managing expectations.

Responsibilities



+ Project Management: Oversee project execution from start to finish, proactively problem solving to remove obstacles for the team and ensure we deliver world-class work on strategy, quality, time and budget.
+ Quality Assurance: Review all output to ensure it meets the brief and exceeds expectations ahead of client delivery. A sense of urgency in reviews is paramount to keep the work moving and projects on track.
+ Client Management: Proactively communicate with clients to keep them apprised of the project status and manage any issues that may arise. Managing expectations is paramount, finding the balance between client delight and what’s feasible using the resources available.
+ Trend Awareness: Stay current with social and paid media trends, tools, and best practices to encourage innovative and relevant content from creative and social teams.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, social, and client servicing teams to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
+ Foster feedback: Be open to giving and receiving feedback to help improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of the team and output.

Experience & Competencies



+ Experience: Proven track record of project management or equivalent experience in the MENA region over the past 2 years, with a focus on social and / or paid media content. Experience with OOH and TVC projects is a plus.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets and Slides. Must also understand the process of working with creative teams, from video production to motion graphics and design.
+ Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a strong sense of creativity and originality. Curious, always exploring new trends and ideas. Assessing creative work and finding ways to improve.
+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English. Arabic would be a plus, to support with reviews and QA on Arabic and English copy across deliverables.
+ Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
+ Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and feedback, solving problems with a sense of urgency and team collaboration.
