Responsibilities: Create and design new project test plans to validate project requirements and functional specifications Design test cases listed in the project test plans Improve test specifications by analyzing the root causes of technical issues and developing testing solutions to address them Create and apply new approaches as needed to improve testing productivity and efficiency Gather customer input for project testing purposes Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers Work with minimal supervision on complex projects, with latitude for independent judgment Demonstrate a moderate skill level with strong proficiency across multiple product lines We’re Siemens.
