Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in IT and Software procurement to support the purchasing function.
The role focuses on processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely availability of IT hardware, software licenses, and services in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue purchase orders for IT hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and related services in accordance with company policies.
Assist in identifying and evaluating IT and software vendors based on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor inventory levels of IT assets, licenses, and subscriptions to ensure availability.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
Coordinate with IT, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and approval workflows.
Support resolution of issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns.
Social & Medical Insurance Annual Bonus 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in IT & Software .
Basic knowledge of IT products, software licensing, and subscriptions.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
