Job Description
  • Monitor and maintain quality assurance processes across all operational areas to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analyses to identify and address deviations or nonconformities.
  • Develop, implement, and update quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, industry regulations, and internal quality policies.
  • Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • (0–1) years of experience in quality operations, quality assurance, or manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
