Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
- Develop a strong understanding with customers and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and key metrics to senior management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers within target accounts.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously refine sales tactics and strategies.
- Provide insightful feedback and recommendations for product and service improvements based on customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales strategies.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, develop strategic plans, and close complex sales deals.
- Education: A bachelor's degree. Additional certifications or training in sales methodologies
