Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, including their industry trends, challenges, and goals.
  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize account revenue and deepen client relationships.
  • Conduct business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, assess satisfaction levels, and discuss potential new business.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to anticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Measure client satisfaction regularly and take proactive steps to improve service where necessary.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Key Account Manager, or client management role, ideally within the Fin-tech sector
  • Hardware or Software sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to develop strategies that raise revenue and improve client satisfaction.
