SAP Developer (ABAP)

The SAP developer will be working as a member of the SAP team and will be responsible for the delivery of ABAP program assets based on technical specifications (and may be called upon to fill gaps in specifications with expert knowledge).
The developer is expected to provide technical expertise for system design, testing, implementation and support.
 Duties and Responsibilities ▪        Provide input into the design of SAP enhancements and roll outs, offering advice and thoughts providing feedback.
▪        Develop quality code and its associated documentation adhering to team and departmental development standards.
▪        Provide SAP support including analysis, development, testing, tracking and resolution.
  ▪        Demonstrate a logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization.
  ▪        Demonstrate high level of communication skills (verbal and written).
▪        Ensure current skills are up to date through research and practice.
  ▪        Participate in team activities and team planning with the aim of improving team skills, awareness and quality of work.
▪        Engage professionally with customers when required.
▪        Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s needs.
▪        Cooperate with consultants from other all modules.
▪        Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards.
▪        Document any changes made on the life cycles.
▪        Knowledge transfer to other team members.
▪        Produce periodic work achievements to SAP Manager and communicate as appropriate.
▪        Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Sc. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
-       2-5 years of experience.
 Knowledge, skills and abilities -        Good experience of working on a highly customized SAP system.
-        Working on S/4 HANA environment.
-        Deep Knowledge on      Object oriented programming, Report writing using ALV and ABAP lists, Sap Scripts and smart forms, Dialogue programming, Interfaces, BADIs/BAPIs, User exits/enhancements, BDCs, Workflow, WebDynpro, LSMW, FIORI, ODATA -        Experience in Gap-Analysis.
-        Excellent Knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules.
-        Business knowledge and process design skills.
-         Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
-         Strong organizational skills.
-         Able to collaborate with clients.
-         Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
-         Good interpersonal skills.
-         Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
