Job description

  • Responsible for communicating with business teams and vendors.
  • Analyze all business requirements and provide the best technical solution.
  • Act as a technical lead for all projects related to personal E-Channels
  • Provide technical and functional support for SAS applications.
  • Responsible for SIT and UAT for all fixes, changes, and new projects.
  • Assist for the go-live activity with internal and external-related teams.
  • Responsible for supporting and operating all projects after going live.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the field.
  • Ability to read, debug, and optimize existing SAS code.
  • Knowledge of handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with development or infrastructure teams.
  • Basic SQL, API, networking and servers management is required.
  • Ability to write or understand Shell Scripts used for job automation or monitoring.​
  • Fluent English.
  • Team player with good time management skills.
