NOK Human Capital is hiring a "Scrum master" for one of the biggest global banks.
Location:New Cairo-Mohandseen
Key Responsibilities:
Servant Leadership: Empower and support the team by removing obstacles and enabling their success.
Effective Facilitation: Lead discussions, facilitate meetings, and ensure productive collaboration during Scrum ceremonies.
Coaching & Mentorship: Help team members develop Agile skills and promote continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience: 2-5 years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role.
-Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
-Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team meetings effectively.
-Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and open dialogue within the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Banking Sector background
-Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
-Experience with Agile tools like Jira or Trello.
-Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to coach teams on Agile best practices and processes.
