Manage and support Remedy ITSM applications. Ensure smooth operation of ITSM applications. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents and improve application performance.

Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent analytical thinking to assess and recommend improvements. Ability to manage and work under high-pressure situations.
Technical Skills
• Proficient in the Remedy ITSM Suite and BMC Atrium.
• Experience with SQL for database interactions.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its application in IT service management.
