Rawaj-HCM a leading player in human capitals management sector company, is actively seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to contribute their expertise to impactful projects with our esteemed clients in the MENA region.


Job context:

Senior Business Development Specialist is responsible for expanding the client base in the HR services sector through strategic planning and relationship management. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.


Key accountabilities:
  • Analyzing market trends to find potential clients and areas for growth.
  • Identifying prospective clients and initiating contact creating derailed proposals that showcase Rawaj-HCM's value propositions.
  • Creating and implementing plans to achieve business goals and acquire new customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Working towards sales goals, negotiating deals, and closing agreements to drive revenue.
  • Providing insights to internal teams on market needs to improve offerings.
  • Guiding junior team members and overseeing broader business development strategies.
  • Handling more complex, high-value deals and long-term contracts.
  • Identifying and forming alliances or partnerships that align with the company's long-term growth objectives.
  • Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on client strategies and deliverables.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry-related certifications like:
  • Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP)
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • HR-related certifications is preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
  • driving new business opportunities through market research, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
  • strong communication, negotiation, and knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and monitoring skills.
  • Proven experience from 3 to 6 years in business development, sales, marketing and related fields.
  • Experience in Human resources services industry, Familiar with recruitment process is a plus.
  • Working in KSA company is a plus
