Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data, providing actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various business functions. You will play a key role in interpreting large datasets, identifying trends, and helping the company develop data strategies to drive business performance.

Data Modeling & Visualization:

• Design and develop data models to support business decision-making processes.
• Create and maintain visualizations and dashboards using tools such as  Power BI, Incorta, and Informatica.
• Implement and enhance data models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Advanced Statistical & Predictive Analysis:

• Apply statistical techniques (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing) and predictive modeling to solve business problems.
• Use machine learning algorithms and other advanced analytics techniques to forecast trends and outcomes.

Collaboration with Business Units:

• Work closely with other departments (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to understand their data needs and provide actionable solutions.
• Assist in the creation of business reports, performance metrics, and KPIs for leadership.

Data Governance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the data used across the organization.
• Help maintain data quality standards and troubleshoot any data discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and internal policies.

Mentorship & Leadership:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts, assisting in their professional growth.
• Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Work with the Analytics Section head directly to achieve our goals
