As a Data Engineer specializing in Data Integration, you will design and build solutions to transfer data from operational and external environments to the business intelligence environment. You will utilize various tools to create and implement Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, ensuring the seamless flow of data throughout the business intelligence solution's lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Assist with ETL Process Development
−Build and maintain the data architecture
−Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and business targets in an accessible, business-centric language.
−Develop and maintain business reports for all solutions, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring ease of understanding and consumption by business users.
−Drive data-driven product optimization by identifying and suggesting improvements based on historical data analysis.
−Minimum of 6 years of experience in data engineering within a corporate environment;
−Prior experience with databases (NoSQL or Relational databases).
- Data Engineering (Python, SQL)
- Any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Modern Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, DBT)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Possess an analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
* Data Integration Tool Expertise: Experience with utilizing IBM's WebSphere Data Integration Suite, Informatica, Ab Initio software, and DataStage to integrate data from various sources, ensuring data consistency and integrity. * ETL Process Optimization: Experience in optimizing ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow, adhering to best practices and industry standards. * Data Flow Troubleshooting: Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting data integration issues, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve problems and optimize data flow.
