Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing. • Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Act as a subject matter expert for complex infrastructure issues, leading incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities. • Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and tools. • On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical systems (if applicable). Qualifications: • Proven experience in Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering roles. • Cloud Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack), including services like compute, storage, networking, and security. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong proficiency with tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar. • CI/CD Tools: Extensive experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar. • Containerization: Expertise with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. • Scripting & Programming: Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Go. • Operating Systems: Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and administration. • Networking: Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Load Balancing, Firewalls). • Monitoring & Logging: Experience with industry-standard monitoring and logging tools. • Version Control: Proficient with Git and Git workflows. • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment.
