Senior Export Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Outbound Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Tagaddod.
As a Senior Outbound Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the outbound logistics operations of our company.
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including shipping partners, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure smooth operations and achieve maximum efficiency in our outbound logistics processes.
Responsibilities: - Lead, supervise, and motivate the outbound logistics team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members.
- Oversee the outbound shipping process, including order picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Proactively monitor all outgoing and cross-country cargo to keep stakeholders and other departments updated.
- Oversee and monitor the domestic quantities ready for shipping and communicate loading with the warehouse to prepare the shipping plan accordingly.
- Coordinate with the warehouses and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to outbound logistics.
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics - Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.
g., CLTD, CSCP) preferable
