Senior Finance Manager

Swiss Hospitality Company is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt.
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will lead financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with Saudi-specific systems such as VAT, Zakat, e-invoicing, and payroll regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost-effective solutions and provide actionable insights that enhance the company's financial health and operational success. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, deep expertise in financial systems, and exceptional leadership skills, playing a vital role in aligning financial strategies with organizational goals and ensuring sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure accurate forecasting to guide decision-making.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

2. Financial Systems and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with Saudi-specific systems, including VAT, Zakat, e-invoicing (Fatoora), and payroll (WPS).
• Implement and manage financial tools such as SAP, Oracle, and ZenHR to streamline financial processes.
• Monitor adherence to local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and IFRS standards.

3. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure comprehensive reporting and audits in collaboration with external auditors.

4. Cost Management and Optimization:

• Monitor and control operational costs to improve profitability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Develop and enforce policies for financial efficiency.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
• Provide training and development opportunities to build team capabilities.

6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Act as the primary financial advisor to the leadership team, offering insights on investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred).
Experience:

• 8+ years in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with Saudi financial systems, including VAT, Zakat, WPS, and Fatoora compliance.
• Expertise in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of IFRS and other international accounting standards.
• Ability to manage complex financial projects and drive strategic decision-making.
