About the RoleWe’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team for T.H.E. The ideal candidate has solid experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems design within consulting firms and is highly skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and Elite.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage 3D BIM models for mechanical and plumbing systems.
  • Coordinate designs across disciplines (architecture, structural, electrical) to ensure clash-free models.
  • Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders to resolve design conflicts.
  • Perform detailed calculations for plumbing systems (pipe sizing, flow rates, pressure drops).
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and client requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in an engineering consultancy.
  • Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and Elite.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Work Conditions
  • Work Location: Mohandeseen
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
