Your future role

You’ll specifically take care of delivering Turnkey project, making sure it aligns with contractual requirements and customer expectations. 

You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the Client and working schedules by coordinating with the project team.

We’ll look to you to:

• Participate in the development, monitoring and maintaining of the Detailed Project Schedule.
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all project activities in various phases.
• Maintain the projects Document database records.
• Support in providing insights regarding the project progress by analyzing schedule and progress data.
• Provide regular reports and feedback on project progress and critical issues.
• Participate in the issuance of Executive Reports and make presentations through visual representations that clearly depict program information and status.
• Recording delays & making root cause analysis for it, Support in the review process of the submitted claim and help in the preparation of the contractor’s claims.
• Coordinate an communicate with various functions within the project controls team as well as with other project team functions

• 6 to 8 years of site or planning experience.
• Project Management, Planning and Scheduling Skills is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good Knowledge of presentation and reporting skills.
• Experience in MS Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• PMP or Planning Certificates such as PMI-SP or PSP are a plus
• Fluent in English language.
