Senior Product Manager

• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
• Track market drivers and regulators.
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding
• Should be able to identify user needs, help a customer understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases
• Work very closely with technology and operation teams to unify vision\scope for the product.
• Owns team backlog, prioritizing product features and capabilities.
• Deliver MRDs, PRDs, use-cases and user stories.
• Determines customers’ needs by specifying the hypothesis and research needed to obtain market information.
• Engage in wireframe designs & in A\B testing
• Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the agile software development team
• Knows how to take an original idea from concept to an actual product
• Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments

• BSc. in computer science or relevant.
• 4-5 years of experience as product manager, business analyst or quality analysis
• Preferred banking and\or Fin-tech experience
• Technical background is a must.
