Job Description

Project Management:


  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to address them.

Team Leadership:


  • Lead cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, developers, content creators, and subject matter experts.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.

Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine digital learning solutions.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and learning outcomes.

Quality Assurance:


  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital learning content and platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to instructional design principles and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet requirements and exceed expectations.

Innovation and Strategy:


  • Stay up-to-date with trends in digital learning, technology, and instructional design.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the digital learning department.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:


  • Track project performance, including learner engagement and satisfaction metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports on project outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Use data to inform decisions and optimize future projects.

RequirementsQualifications:

Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:


  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in digital learning or e-learning projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with learning analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Certifications (Preferred):


  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Certifications in instructional design or e-learning development (e.g., ATD, CPLP)
