- Managing, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Resale Managers
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them
and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status.
- Coach, develop and monitor the team as to achieve the sales target.
- Analyze and track the team performance through Nawy dashboards and internal
systems.
- Formulate and execute effective resale strategies to achieve and exceed revenue
targets.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and present sales, revenue and expenses report to
senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
