Our client, a dynamic agency specializing in impactful branding and social media strategies, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join their team. This role involves designing and editing engaging content across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, stay up-to-date with social media trends, and be highly task-oriented and organized in their approach to content creation and community engagement.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design static posts, social media graphics, and edit reels/videos using provided raw assets and copywriting. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and captures the intended message.
Platform Management: Handle posting and scheduling of content across Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, following the content calendar and maintaining consistency in brand voice.
Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and questions on social media platforms, fostering an engaged online community.
Trend Awareness: Stay informed on social media trends, insights, and best practices to help optimize engagement and effectiveness of content.

High-Quality Content: Consistently deliver visually engaging and on-brand social media posts and videos that resonate with the target audience.
Engagement & Growth: Actively manage and grow an engaged community across platforms through thoughtful responses and relevant content.
Organized Posting: Efficiently manage the posting schedule, ensuring timely and consistent content updates across channels.
Creative Contribution: Bring fresh, innovative ideas for content and stay ahead of social media trends.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, ideally within an agency setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva is required; experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools is highly preferred.
Design & Creativity: Strong design sense with the ability to create visually appealing and attention-grabbing content (static posts, reels, graphics, etc.).
Organizational Skills: Task-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Social Media Savvy: Up-to-date with social media best practices, insights, and trends.
Communication: Fluent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with online communities and team members.
