Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Software Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software development teams, setting clear performance expectations, providing continuous feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews while fostering strong team dynamics.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent, while effectively managing development resources and budgets.
Drive technical strategy and participate in key architectural and technical decisions, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and initiatives that improve scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, managing risks and dependencies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within budget.
Collaborate closely with product owners, infrastructure, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans, communicate progress and risks, and align technical solutions with business objectives.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a management or leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent experience with .
net technologies and Azure services.
Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
