Responsibilities
  • Assumes a technical leadership role to the testing team
  • Responsible for test strategy formulation and test plan development
  • Participates in driving organization-wide Quality Process initiatives and their implementation to ensure quality of deliverables
  • Pro-actively analyses current processes and practices, suggest/ drive improvements, and defines processes as needed.
  • Be the counter part to the Engineering Lead/Manager
  • Responsible for design and development of the Test Automation framework / harness and any in-house tools required.
  • Works with the Engineering architect to translate requirements into solution architecture designs and participates in product design reviews
