Sr. Supervisor, Network Optimization & Performance Applications

<p><strong>Publication date :</strong> Jan 27, 2026, 2:28PM</p><p><strong>Purpose of the job</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul><li>Design, Develop, Integrate, Deploy, & Test network optimization and performance applications & services to satisfy the needs of the converged transport network, processes, Data & Services as well as Combine both deep study for Orange business processes and the requirements of network optimization and performance improvement to design and integrate the best solution/application that serve converged transport network functions. </li></ul> <p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul><li>Ensure quality, accuracy and usability of network optimization and performance tools and ensure they are fulfilling the departments needs and requirements.</li><li>Interface with vendors in designing, developing, & integrating network optimization and performance tools, services & applications.</li><li>Develop logic, proof-of-concepts, & prototypes for the integration of new network optimization and performance systems/applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.</li><li>Conduct researches & provide recommendations on new technologies related to software life cycle.</li><li>Cooperate with vendors to deploy northbound & southbound applications programming interfaces (APIs) to integrate network optimization and performance applications with each other & with other systems.</li><li>Provides technical recommendations to management to ensure smooth integration and operation for the optimization and performance management systems.</li><li>Evaluate options & analyzes complex technical problems and delivers solutions where precedent may not exist.</li><li>Test, debug, document and implement software application components & services using variety of programing languages and technologies. </li><li>Identify performance bottlenecks and debug known issues.</li><li>Provide support for integration solutions between newly purchased network optimization and performance tools & the existing fixed/mobile new management applications.</li></ul> <p><strong>Job specification</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Bachelor of Computer-Science, Information-Systems or related Fields</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Minimum 4 years of work experience, 2 of which in a relevant role.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills and abilities</strong></p> <ul><li>Possess knowledge, skills, training, and practical experience in Microsoft Windows software engineering environments </li><li>Solid Object Oriented Programming and Design experience.</li><li>Knowledge of data analysis and database architecting.</li><li>Knowledge of networking technologies: IP network architecture, protocols, & telecom network infrastructure is a big plus.</li><li>Network programming / SNMP knowledge is an asset.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on different projects concurrently.</li><li>Strong analytical, & problem solving skills.</li><li>Ability to leverage relationships across other business units and with external sources.</li><li>Accuracy and strong attention to details is essential.</li><li>Volunteers readily& undertakes self-development activities.</li><li>Ability to respond to urgent situations appropriately by prioritization.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.</li><li>Effective communications skills (verbal & written).<span style="font-size: 1em;"></span></li></ul><div></div><p style="font-family:'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size:20px !important; font-weight:bold!important; margin:0;"> Only your skills matter </p> <p style="font-family:'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size:16px!important; font-weight:normal !important; margin-top:8px;"> Regardless of your age, gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, disability, or appearance, we actively encourage diversity within our teams, as it is both a collective strength and a driver of innovation.
