What will you do?
• Communicates with the data and reporting team to request required data to support
accurate and timely business analysis.
• Analyzes customer performance metrics including approval rates, signing, and
transaction drop-offs to identify bottlenecks and improve customer conversion.
• Collaborates with the sales team to analyze merchant performance to maximize
revenue and optimize merchant contributions.
• Creates automated dashboards for business units and management on a daily, weekly,
and monthly basis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Partners with management to identify business challenges and develop data-driven
solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and drive growth.
• Monitors Non-Performing Loans per merchant to detect risks early and implement
corrective actions in coordination with the sales team.
Skills
What will you need?
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
• Experience:
o 3-5 years in the same role.
o 1-2 years in the supervisory level.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
o CRM and Business Intelligence: Familiarity with CRM platforms and BI tools
relevant to customer and merchant data.
o Reporting Tools: Knowledge of reporting software and processes for regular
business unit updates.
o Basic Programming (Optional): Skills in Python, R, or scripting for data
manipulation or automation.
o Presentation Software: Ability to prepare clear and compelling presentations
using PowerPoint or similar tools.
