Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Supervisor (Service Motorcycle)

What will you do?

·        Manage daily motorcycle workshop operations and sub-dealer activities to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.

·        Ensure compliance with OEM standards and procedures to maintain quality and safety requirements.

·        Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs on technical and warranty matters to resolve issues promptly.

·        Monitor spare parts availability and technical support to avoid service delays.

·        Train and develop technicians and mechanics to improve technical capability and performance.

·        Build relationships with local garages and mechanics to strengthen the service network.

·        Control workflow, productivity, and service quality to enhance customer satisfaction.

·        Implement 5S and safety standards to maintain an organized and safe workshop.

·        Conduct audits and technical evaluations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

What will you need?

          ·        Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in motorcycle or automotive OEM aftersales operations

·        Strong technical knowledge of motorcycle systems and diagnostics

·        Proven experience managing service workshops and sub-dealer networks

·        Strong understanding of the local motorcycle market

·        Experience in technician training and capability development

·        Ownership
