<p><strong>Publication date :</strong> Jan 14, 2026, 3:57PM</p><p><strong>Purpose of the job:</strong></p> <p>To coordinate and implement supply chain process as per company standards and procedures, and set action plan related to, demad & Supply process for Technical products between Technology, Finance, Suppliers and Procurement, aiming to achieve best results from cost, quality and time perspectives and ensure integration & achievement of stakeholders multiple inputs</p> <p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p> <ul><li>Update and follow performance indicators measuring the efficiency of technical Equipment availability, Logistics & End of life management</li><li>Challenge &define the demand forecast input received from Technology teams,</li><li>Ensure transversal information update between Supply Chain, Technology , on suppliers shipment status, analysis on demand trend, demand forecast accuracy and inventory levels in central Warehouse. and overall distribution network</li><li>Responsible to ensure an efficient level of stocks vs. a good level of availability</li><li>Distribute weekly, monthly performance reports, comments for deviation explanation and proposed actions for improvement and optimization performance</li><li>Collect input information related to status of shipment from vendors and returns SLAs for overall aftersales network</li><li>Follow planning and organize meetings with process members</li><li>Define and support negotiation of Operational / logistic conditions with suppliers</li><li>Monitor the supplier delivery of purchase orders and ensure that the agreed time of arrival is respected</li><li>Ensure the monthly reporting to demand & supply Manager of Orange and the Group COE</li><li>Analyse the related technical EOL stocks and provide the monthly related dashboards</li><li>Implement action plans aiming to improve Logistics performance</li><li>Enhancement of financial KPIs eg.
