Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Accountabilities:


  • Manage end-to-end import and release: Handle import licenses and shipment release with theEDA, including preparation and attendance at inspections.
  • Oversee customs clearance: Provide complete approval documents, review shipping papers from supplying sites, and greenlight shipments.
  • Submit and track NODCAR samples: Follow up until final batch release byEDA/NODCAR.
  • Coordinate arrival and distribution: Track shipments through depots to ensure efficient, compliant delivery.
  • Protect cold chain and integrity: Check temperature reports, ensure storage conditions, and audit distributors for good handling.
  • Maintain inventory health: Monitor weekly stock, ensure safety stock, and coordinate orders and packaging with supplying sites.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work withSupply Chain, Finance, Sales, Inventory, Quality, and Global Supply Chain.
  • Be present in the field (~60%): VisitEDA, other governmental entities, and theAZ warehouse (6th of October City).
  • Foster inclusive ways of working: Practice self-awareness, curiosity, and active listening to build team inclusion.
  • Deliver under pressure: Proactively resolve issues to keep supply moving.

Essential Skills/Experience:


  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations or relevant science background.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Hands-on experience with EDA/NODCAR processes, customs brokerage coordination, and cold-chain logistics.
  • Familiarity with GDP, GxP, and quality systems in pharmaceutical distribution.
  • Experience conducting distributor audits and interpreting temperature excursion reports.
