Role Objectives:


The Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist recruits’ candidates for the Technical Department, conducts screenings and interviews, and coordinates the hiring process. They aim to build a diverse and qualified tech team, provide feedback to management, and ensure proper coordination with personnel functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit and source all candidates serving the Technical Department
  • Conducting Phone Interviews, CV's screening, filtering, and initial Technical Screening\ HR interview
  • Responsible for coordinating the overall interviewing cycle with the technical lead
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified Tech team to support the organization's goals
  • Participate in meetings with Tech leads hiring managers to determine vacant positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires
  • Network in order to build a database of suitable candidates
  • Conduct the hiring process of the Technology Team
  • Coordinate with personnel function in recruitment process assuring proper approvals; disseminates approved forms
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding the candidates.

Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:


  • Professional command of the English language


  • Exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills


  • Excellent business writing


  • Highly organized and detail-oriented


  • 1 to 3 years of solid experience in hiring Tech related positions


  • Tech background is a plus


  • Advanced use of Excel and reporting tools.
