NOK Human capital is hiring "Talent Acquisition Supervisor" for one of the biggest Companies in the FMCG sector, supplying agricultural commodities across the Middle East and North Africa.
Location:New Cairo
Job Scope:
-Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support throughout the
recruitment process.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate professional development opportunities.
-Provide expertise in workforce planning and talent forecasting.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to on
boarding.
-Manage communication with candidates and provide timely feedback.
-Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
-Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
2. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience, with supervisory experience
preferred.
3-FMCG background is a must
4. Knowledge: Strong understanding Interviews and assessments methodologies
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform decision-making.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective
engagement with employees and stakeholders.
7. Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing complex
programs.
