NOK Human Capital is hiring "Tax Manager" for one of the biggest FMCG multinational companies.
Location:New Cairo
Job Description:
-Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, local, and international tax returns.
-Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
-Monitor changes in tax legislation and evaluate their impact on the company.
-Prepare and review tax provisions for financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
-Yearly tax return submission & monthly tax return submission to HQ.
-Collaborate on international tax planning and compliance matters.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a corporate environment or big 4.
-Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.
-Knowledge of SAP.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
