Job role


  • Strategic Calendar Management: Expertly orchestrating the executive's schedule, coordinating complex appointments, and designing comprehensive travel plans


  • Communication Filtering: Professionally managing incoming communications, prioritizing critical messages, and serving as the primary communication gateway


  • Information Management: Conducting in-depth research, developing comprehensive reports, and creating polished presentations that meet high professional standards


  • Meeting Coordination: Facilitating smooth meeting processes, documenting critical discussions, and tracking follow-up actions with precision


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Delivering exceptional customer service internally and externally, representing the organization with grace and professionalism


Requirements 


  • Any Bachelor's degree.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience


  • Exceptional organizational capabilities


  • Proactive problem-solving approach


  • Ability to work autonomously


  • Demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure


  • Strict commitment to confidentiality


  • Above Average English is a must


  • Superior communication skills


  • Ability to adapt communication style across different contexts

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, excel, power point, AI tools if needed.
