Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruitment Associate to support our technical hiring initiatives across diverse functions (including software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps, and other emerging technologies).


This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering a smooth candidate experience while supporting the broader technical recruitment strategy and working closely with more senior Recruitment Partners.


Responsibilities: 
  • Support full-cycle technical recruitment across multiple domains (software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps, and more), under the guidance of Technical Recruitment Partners.
  • Assist in sourcing and engaging technical candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, talent databases, and tech communities.
  • Screen CVs/resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and coordinate assessments for technical roles.
  • Help build and maintain strong candidate pipelines by actively following up with talent and keeping them engaged throughout the process.
  • Contribute to delivering an excellent candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication at every stage.
  • Accurately update and maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Workable.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication between candidates, Recruitment Partners, and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with Technical Recruitment Partners and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and support recruitment timelines.
  • Research and suggest new sourcing channels, communities, or tools to attract both active and passive technical talent.
  • Support reporting and tracking of basic recruitment metrics (e.g., number of candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, pipeline status).
  • Act as a strong team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, and change-oriented environment.
