Provide day-to-day IT support to our users and customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Ensure service type, timing, and quality levels are in line with agreed SLAs.
Support & Maintain Domain controller, DHCP, and DNS servers is a plus.
Support & Maintain office 365 users.
Be Aware of network devices (Switches, Routers), cables, access points, and VPN.
Be Aware of Veeam backup system, VMWare is a prefer.
Deal with IT suppliers/vendors to purchase/renew software licenses, hardware, and equipment.
Keep an inventory update of all equipment, software, and license users.
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years of experience working in IT support according to ITIL approach.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer Orientation
Excellent written & verbal English communication.
