·Bachelor'sDegreeinEngineering(Mechanical)
·Minimumof10-12yearsofexperienceintheconstructionorinfrastructureindustry,withatleast5yearsinadedicated tendering or proposals management role.
·Proventrack recordofmanagingand winninglarge-scale, complextendersforEPCorinfrastructureprojects.
·In-depthunderstandingoftheconstructionprojectlifecycle,costestimation,andproject planning.
·Experienceleadingandmentoringateamoftechnical professionals.
