About the job Tools Maintenance Section Head Overview We are currently seeking a Tools Maintenance Section Head to join our Engineering Department. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing die maintenance, jig and fixture manufacturing, and ensuring high-quality tooling processes that support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation in tooling and manufacturing. Primary Responsibilities Strategic & Engineering Leadership
  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic tooling and dies maintenance.
  • Develop and evaluate engineering plans for the manufacture of jigs, dies, and fixtures.
  • Ensure timely manufacturing of new dies and availability for production schedules.
Product & Solution Development
  • Manage the development and delivery of new tooling solutions in alignment with production needs.
  • Utilize modern techniques in the design and production of sheet metal dies and die-cast molds.
Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements across the tooling function.
  • Implement innovative practices for better performance, cost-efficiency, and quality standards.
Operational Management
  • Oversee preventive maintenance plans for all dies and jigs.
  • Maintain accurate timelines for tool readiness and project milestones.
  • Handle technical communication and coordination with international suppliers.
