Their digital experience is central to ensuring seamless patient journeys, accurate conversion tracking, and scalable acquisition and retention.

Role Overview
The Tracking & Front-End Engineer will collaborate closely with the core engineering team to implement and maintain tracking systems, affiliate and conversion infrastructure, and digital landing pages. This role directly supports marketing performance by ensuring accurate data flow, reliable attribution, and optimized user experiences across acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, optimize, and troubleshoot JavaScript tracking scripts across websites and landing pages
Configure and maintain Meta Pixel and Meta Conversion API integrations
Manage postbacks and webhook configurations to ensure accurate event reporting
Support affiliate and partner tracking platforms, including Everflow and other tracking systems
Align tracking infrastructure with campaign goals and partner requirements
Build and update static HTML and CSS pages for sales funnels, sign-ups, and campaigns
Prioritize page performance and reliability in all implementations
Provide technical support via Slack, Telegram, and email to internal teams and external affiliates
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to validate tracking accuracy and optimize user flows
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to manage relationships with affiliates, partners, and influencers
Qualifications
Hands-on experience implementing tracking and conversion systems across web properties
Experience supporting affiliate tracking platforms and third-party integrations
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Meta Conversion API, and affiliate tracking ecosystems
Strong debugging skills with the ability to validate and troubleshoot event flows
Ability to balance implementation work with user support across multiple communication channels
Proactive, self-directed mindset suited to a small and growing engineering team
