Job Description



  • Present, promote and sell freight forwarding & trucking services to existing and prospective customers.

  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for current and prospective customers interested in procuring our comprehensive range of cross-products, including freight forwarding and both light and heavy trucking, through the acquisition of transportation platforms.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Reach out to customer leads through market screening and build a pipeline.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction!

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule time frame.

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports, competitors

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Owning car is a must.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Familiarity with cross-products, freight forwarding, and trucking services is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.\
  • Proficient in negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets.
