Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their business processes and needs, identify gaps and potential improvements, and translate these into technical requirements for Zoho implementation.

Design and configure Zoho applications based on client needs, ensuring optimal functionality and usability.
- Implement and configure Zoho solutions based on client needs, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to Zoho products.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, considering timelines, resources, and client expectations.
- Conduct user training to ensure clients understand how to use the Zoho systems effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during or post the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as development, Zoho Account Managers, and Zoho Support teams, to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of Zoho solutions.

Requirements- Minimum 1 year experience in Zoho Implementation or similar business software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Quick and autonomous learner, adapting to new technologies and concepts.
- Proven experience in implementing Zoho applications, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.
- Experience with Zoho products or similar business software solutions.
- Strong technical proficiency in configuring and customizing Zoho applications to meet client requirements.
- Solid understanding of business processes and workflows across various industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in training clients on using Zoho applications is a plus.
- Zoho certification(s) or relevant technical certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management principles and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
