Toulouse Rose Conciergerie has been managing more than sixty properties in Toulouse for over three years.

We assist property owners by providing them with everything they need and taking care of all the tedious tasks involved in short-term rentals/furnished tourist rentals (accommodating visitors for stays ranging from 1 night to 90 nights).

Toulouse Rose Conciergerie, a family-run concierge service based in Toulouse, is recruiting one or two remote guest reception managers.

We will give you a brief introduction to our company and train you for the position in question.

Your responsibilities:

* Respond to messages and calls from travellers. (Help them check into their accommodation and resolve any issues.)
* Call travellers who have reported a problem upon arrival (regarding cleaning or other issues).
* Coordinate with on-site teams to resolve issues (cleaning, on-site manager, repair technician).
* Classify incidents in the form of tickets.
