Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled NC Programmer to join our team in Columbus, GA. This full-time onsite role focuses on supporting and driving programming projects across various machine tools, controls, and programming software. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and implementing programs and associated processes while providing critical shop support through development and production cycles.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, create, develop, and implement NC programs utilizing Siemens NX CAM and Vericut.
  • Own programming projects from inception through production, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide onsite shop floor support throughout the development and production lifecycle.
  • Utilize graphic programming, part modeling, and program simulation tools effectively.
  • Employ process monitoring software to ensure optimal operations.
  • Quickly adapt to new programming software, coding, and analytical tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on rotating hardware and airfoils.

Qualifications:


  • US Citizenship (required due to ITAR restrictions and government contract requirements).
  • Proven experience with Siemens NX CAM, Vericut, and other related programming tools.
  • Familiarity with rotating hardware, airfoils, and continuous improvement projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming methods.
