Responsibilities 


You need to take on the responsibilities of facilities, operation and maintenance, assets, and TPM, be familiar with these professional skills, be responsible for training and play a B-role in each position in emergency situations. Including but not limited to:


  • Be familiar with various equipment in IDC data centers, including switches, servers, and cables, as well as their installation.Be able to perform site surveys, on-site work, minor installations, and problem feedback as required.


  • Be familiar with work order systems, understand SOP standard operating procedures ,complete work orders ensuring zero misoperation and SLA compliance.


  • Quickly respond and arrive on-site as per incident management guidelines, handle incidents according to EOPs (Emergency Operating Procedures) and report in a timely manner.


  • Be familiar with the electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage infrastructure within the IDC facility and their working principles, and be able to quickly locate fault points and restore service in the event of an incident.


  • Understand infrastructure monitoring management, capacity management, safety management, and availability management to improve operational efficiency.


  • Be familiar with IDC data center environment and asset safety management standards. Strictly follow asset SOPs.


  • Conduct training based on job requirements to increase the pass rate of customer interviews.


  • Do the ITO project training(such as SOP&EOP ) for new employers.

  • Degree: Associate degree (full-time) or equivalent and above


  • Major: Electrical, HVAC, Computer science or related fields
