The Solutions Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible for shaping the end‑to‑end architecture that enables intelligent, dataand AI‑driven customer experiences. Beyond traditional integrationexpertise, this role provides thought leadership incustomerdata strategyandarchitecture, and AI‑powered solution design. Solutions Architects act as trusted advisors who influence both business and technical stakeholders, helpingenterprises unlock the full value of their customer data and the Sprinklr platform.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical thought leader for customer data architecture, enterprise data flows, governance, and integration strategy.
Design scalable, future‑proof architectures that unify data sources and enable analytics, AI/ML, and automation across the customer lifecycle.
Guide customers on how to leverage Sprinklr as the core system of engagement that enhances and integrates with their broader technology ecosystem.
Partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, and Engineering to craft compelling solution visions, demonstrations, and technical narratives.
Lead workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and technical discovery to define requirements and architect cross‑platform solutions.
Advocate for extensibility, best‑practice integration patterns, and data‑driven transformation initiatives.
Provide deepexpertisein APIs, data models, event streaming, and omnichannel customer journey design.
Drive adoption of AI capabilities, including generative AI, predictive models, and automated workflows.
Mentor regional teams, contribute to enablement programs, and help evolve the global Solution Architecture practice.
Desired Skills & Experience
Significant presales or enterprise architecture experience, ideally focused on extensibility, customer data,AIor digital transformation.
Expertise incloud architecture and modern data patterns (microservices, events, APIs,real‑time data).
Deepexpertisein enterprise integrations, includinghandsonexperiencewith MCP,eventdrivenarchitectures, webhook patterns, and scalable API orchestration across complex customer ecosystems.
Strong understanding of AI solution architecture, including how to design, deploy, and operationalize AI/ML, generative AI, vector databases, feature stores, and real‑time inference pipelines
Strong enterprise SaaS background across CRM, service, marketing automation, commerce, or data platforms.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executives and non‑technical audiences.
Proven leadership across cross‑functional teams and customer engagements.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
German speaking is mandatory.Additionallanguagesisa plus.
