The Client Relations Manager is responsible for driving new business growth for Move One’s relocation and moving services. The role focuses on developing corporate client relationships, securing approved vendor status, and leading tender and proposal activity from opportunity identification through contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify and engage prospective corporate clients requiring relocation and moving services.
  • Present Move One’s service offering and value proposition to secure approved vendor status.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and service alignment.

Tender & Proposal Management

Account Oversight & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for cross-selling or service expansion.

Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Track sales pipeline, tender activity, and win rates.
  • Capture client and tender feedback to support continuous improvement of proposals and sales approach.
