Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
Providing information about parcel delivery, quickly resolving issues
Close cooperation with couriers and internal teams
Recording customer contact data in our internal customer service system and reporting
Actively contributing to the development of customer service processes in Hungary with suggestions
Requirements
Knowledge of Hungarian and English language, both spoken and written
Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused attitude that allows you to communicate empathetically with customers
Advanced problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
Confident computer skills, online communication skills
Reliable internet connection (in case of home office)
