Responsibilities:
Coordinating the delivery network and daily communication with the service providers
Monitoring subcontractor performance (KPIs)
Defining, implementing, and supervising development strategies
Tracking parcel lifecycle and identifying quality issues
Optimizing delivery and depot processes
Coordinating training for depot staff and couriers
Identifying and resolving network issues (capacity shortages, operational difficulties, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with company standards
Handling and forwarding customer complaints
Supporting the service provider network
Requirements:
3-5 years of logistics experience and/or experience in coordinating subcontractors (services, field work implementation)
Proficiency in English and Hungarian
Strong communication skills
Analytical mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
