About the Role As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will transform our infrastructure from traditional administration to a code-driven, automated ecosystem.
You will lead L2/L3 support for Windows, Citrix, and Virtualization while spearheading automation to eliminate manual tasks.
You will bridge on-premise infrastructure with AWS/Azure cloud services along with exposure to automation, application integrations, APIs, SAML authentication, and email management like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
What You Need Infrastructure & OS: Advanced administration of Windows Server (2012–2022) ,Active Directory, and Group Policy , alongside basic Linux environments.
Virtualization & VDI: Expertise in VMware, Hyper-V , and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop , supporting both persistent and non-persistent VDI.
Network & Core Services: Proficiency in managing DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority (CA), RADIUS , IIS, DFS, and SCOM.
Cloud & MDM: Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3) and Azure infrastructure, combined with MDM solution management (Intune, Jamf, or JumpCloud).
Scripting & Integration: Professional capability in Python, PowerShell, and Bash to automate manual tasks and integrate third-party applications via APIs.
Identity & SaaS: Deep understanding of SAML/SSO federation and administration of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Troubleshooting: A high-level analytical mindset capable of performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolving L2/L3 escalations.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.
Resilience: Ability to work independently and maintain focus in high-pressure, 24x7 operational environments.
What You Will Do ● 5-8 years of experience L2/L3 infrastructure service requests and technical escalations to ensure high system availability.
● Active Directory (GPOs/Domains), and cloud-hybrid resources like AWS EC2/S3 or Azure.
● Virtualization & VDI: Manage VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop) environments.
● Automation & Scripting: Drive operational efficiency by developing automation workflows using Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
● Identity & Integration: Implement and troubleshoot SAML-based SSO, API- based application integrations, and enterprise identity services.
● Device & SaaS Management: Administer MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, JumpCloud) alongside Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.
● Core Network Services: Maintain critical services including DNS, DHCP, IIS, DFS, Certificate Authority, and system backups.
● Operations & Analysis: Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, performing deep- dive root cause analysis (RCA) and technical documentation.
